When a man's word and handshake was more binding then a contract... When the young people of the day respected and looked to emulate their parents... When a gentleman asked a gal out she knew she would be taken to dinner and dancing or a theatre for a play or Opera...or the silver screen to see her favoites bigger then life..... Glam Glam Glamour, those were the days...Now a days a girl gets offered a french restraunt for dinner you can bet it's either...El Burger King or La McDonalds with food full of grease and preservatives and God knows what else. Sometimes they even stick her with the bill.You are lucky if a guy opens your car door or the door to enter a place. And that is usually the extent wooing, then it's my place or yours baby...Remember when a kiss meant more with a deep profound almost mezmerizing quality...and was not just a prelude to sex...I am an old fashion romantic and believe in making love. Taking it slow and easy and getting lost in it. Not hot raunchy irresponsible one night stands that are over too quickly and you feel degraded and unsatisfied...used.Those days had much meaning....These days are cold and gray.The Golden Ages when it was a Beautiful World.

HOLLYWOOD...The great ones always die young...Movies are a large part of many lives which has not only brought us entertainment to an otherwise complacent world but has shaped our culture and socialization in many ways...Some have based their lives on emulating one STAR or another...Wether they be real or fictional the large screen has captured a nation as well as other countries...and claiming the world...Starry eyed fans pay for tickets to movies, momentos and anything else they can get their hands on just to remember the STARS and STARLETS of today and yesteryears...I just thought it would be nice to set this up for those interested in sharing a thought on or memory of STARS that have paid us fans back 10 fold and are now at peace...The ones whom candles don..t burn out but now light up as stars in our skies...Come share with me and all whom view this page a special sentiment on one of the beautiful people of HOLLYWOOD!!!
