At the age of 21 Star*sk*i velvet started taking vocal lessons..I know!what took her so long?
Two years in thessalonikh.the first songs performed in front of people,where gospells and celtic songs.
Later moved for three years in athens,hoping to get a Break!continued with the vocal lessons and attended piano and musik theory lessons.violin though, was more preferable and smooth for her when she started it few years ago.
Experiences such as singing in front of people in concerts organized by music schools she attended,or with bands in places with live music,recording at studios and a live tour last summer,made her realize that this is what she could do forever.And generally she has way more things to do!Just singing and feeling the music.Big fan of rhythm n' blues,swing,blues generally and artists such as Ella Fitzgerald,Nina simone,Michael Buble,Dean Martin,Frank sinatra,etta jAMes,shirley bassey and of course LAURIN HILL.
BESIDES THAT she finds something different to like IN electonik musik.Loves the rythm that comes out of every track,the way it makes everyone move,and that U just can't stop listening!
