Born and Raised in Ndofaya, Soweto, The Almighty MRC been in this game for a long time. Started listening to hip-hop around 1991 been stuck ever since. Briefly co-hosted a hip-hop show on Voice of Soweto with a DJ called J-Dee. Back then you could always find me every Saturday afternoon at Le Club, rocking and mingling with all sort of people who've now made names for themselves in SA hip-hop. Started a label called LandMynz Entertainment in 2003 with a couple of friends which signed a clique called LandMynz, comprised of myself, Neon, Caveman and deePea. We went on to release our first project, a mixtape called Perigo Minas Vol.1. which made a huge impact on the local scene here in South Africa and was downloaded about 300 000 times on the harambeafrica website. I produced most of the LandMynz tracks on that mixtape. Produced a track on Nthabi's recently released EP called "Bad Luck" feat X-Rate. Also featured on a song on BattleKat's Beats Against the Beast compilation, alongside Reason, Proverb, Zubz and Maggz. Recently quit the company i worked so hard to build and the clique i started to focus on getting my own label off the ground. I was just tired of the politics.
