I'm looking for a bassist, 2nd guitarist, drummer, and a singer/screamer. Maybe another guitarist as well. Hopefully, you're a well rounded musician with lots of influences that is really open minded about music. This isn't some high school band. I want other musicians that know what they're doing, maybe not theory, but can at least play their instruments like they own it (which hopefully you do)

I'm looking to write music similar to my old band. Heavy, spacey, somewhat poppy, and jazzy stuff, but with more of a metal influence now.
I'm used to a very energetic/intense live show. That's not to detract from the music, but it makes it more fun. (See: Dillinger Escape Plan, Poison the Well, These Arms Are Snakes, Glassjaw, Tera Melos)
I jam at my place in Hayward, CA, and will eventually move into a practice spot.
This is a serious band with full intent of touring as the band progresses. Write and record an album, play locally, build up a local following, start touring regionally and slowly start getting out further and further.
