Jared C. Ortiz has been entertaining since the age of five; including school plays, the church choir, and local performances. He had begun singing 'til the age of thirteen. Between time he starred & dominated roles in elementary and primary school plays such as "The Little Drummer Boy" when he was only in 4th grade. By nine years old Jared began to pursue a new passion which was Hip-Hop, adopting the alias name "FEL'ON (DA' WORLD)". "ForEver Loved Over Nations in The World" , for which it stands; has endured rigorous and countless rap battles and competitions. Along with constant and consistent networking, this young Hispanic from the Bronx has earned and gained the respect of not only his peers, but also admiration from some of the businesses' most prestige's individuals...........................................
In "2000"; at the start of the millennium, "POP OFF ENTERTAINMENT" was born and to this day shelters two in-house producers as well as a remarkably talented cast of artist. Aside from being a talented lyricist; "Ja-red" (as he is also known), designs logos for all branches of "P.O.E.!" and "C.Mo'D'nero"/"Bad Habits" brand clothing lines. Both entertainment and clothing lines are umbrellaed by "J.CO" and funded by its' acting partners.
