Brian Nelson has haunted the Seattle music scene for over 15 years. After graduating from high school he attended Berklee College of Music in Boston and earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Production and Engineering. He moved back to Seattle in 1990 and soon became a member of the band Gorilla witch had success releasing records with Sub Pop, Bag of Hammers , Estrus ,Thrill jockey and Hell Yeah Records.While touring with Gorilla he was also an Independent audio engineer at The Music Source and had the opportunity to record many local bands in the early 90’s Seattle scene.
Brian was also hired as a Mastering Engineer at Muzak and mastered hundreds of titles for them. This led to a job as the Musical producer for all cover songs produced for Muzak from 95-2003.
Leaving Muzak he opened Elliott Bay Recording Co. with Scott Ross and to this day enjoys working with local musicians producing/engineering and publishing music. PLAY TAPE FOR MORE PRODUCTIONS.
