Pink it's my new obsession
Pink it's not even a question
Pink on the lips of your lover, cause
Pink is the love you discover
Pink as the bing on your cherry
Pink cause you are so very
Pink it's the color of passion
Cause today it just goes with the fashion
Pink it was love at first sight, yeah
Pink when I turn out the light, and
Pink gets me high as a kite
And I think everything is going to be all right
No matter what we do tonight
You could be my flamingo
Coz pink is the new kinda lingo
Pink like a deco umbrella
It's kink - but you don't ever tell her
Pink it was love at first sight
Pink when I turn out the light
Pink gets me high as a kite
And I think everything is going to be all right
No matter what we do tonight
I want to be your lover
I wanna wrap you in rubber
As pink as the sheets that we lay on
Pink is my favorite crayon, yeah
Pink it was love at first sight
Pink when I turn out the light
Pink it's like red but not quite
And I think everything is going to be all right
No matter what we do tonight

[Dancehall genius - M.I.A.]
"I have set eyes on the wall of lofty Babylon on which is a road for chariots, and the statue of Zeus by the Alpheus, and the hanging gardens, and the Colossus of the Sun, and the huge labour of the high pyramids, and the vast tomb of Mausolus; but when I saw the house of Artemis that mounted to the clouds, those other marvels lost their brilliancy, and I said, 'Lo, apart from Olympus, the Sun never looked on aught so grand."
– Antipater, Greek Anthology IX.5
Nothing compares feasting your eyes on the Great Pyramids in Giza. The only remaining seven wonder of the ancient world commands respect and worldwide awe. Aimlessly wandering the world, taking in the sights, sipping the wine, gorging on the food and breathing in the culture is what I was created to do. To sample everything fine, every colour and savour every flavour and spice crafted. I can only wonder what the great Temple of Artemis could have been, but setting foot on the very location of this great temple was not only eerie, but surreal. Taking in the lush overgrowth and using vivid imagination to visualise this temple was breathtaking. Lastly, peaking through the rose-coloured canyon cliff-face to see the treasury of Petra reaffirms it's place in the new seven wonders of the world. As I continue on my travels around the globe, the natural and man-made spectaculars will never cease to intrigue and astound me.
The following all pictorially depict my other obsession - the marriage between photography and artists. Not only do they collaborate in the most exquisite of all relationships, but their influences goes far beyond aural experience. This is the visual experience. A cinematic-scope of colliding musical soundscapes and intricate imagery. Enjoy the journey.
"The reason I do photographs is to help people understand my music, so it's very important that I am the same, emotionally, in the photographs as in the music. Most people's eyes are much better developed than their ears. If they see a certain emotion in the photograph, then they'll understand the music."
