I was born in London in 1963, to parents Michael and Julia Hogan. I have two brothers Roy and Keith Hogan.
I have been into rock n roll since I was ten when I stumbled across my dads records. After playing a bit of Elvis Presley, Eddie Cochran and Buddy Holly I knew there was no going back for me.
I brought my first Drape jacket when I was 17 which made me a teddy boy. I enjoyed going to clubs such as “Railway club†in Wellingborough, “Fanciers club†in Northampton and a couple of pubs named “Harbor lights†and “The Old Black Lionâ€. I Remember seeing “The Jets†known back then as “Brad†for the very first time and being amazed by the extreme talent in front of me. Every since then I knew that I would be into Rock n Roll for LIFE!.When I left school I became an Apprentice decorator. Which was great apart from I was the “Little one with a funny hair cut and tattoo’s†I had to cover up when ever I went out on a job as then it was not appropriate to look like this. I’ve had different jobs since then but always seemed to go back.I first got into singing about 3 years ago, When my future wife brought me a Strat guitar for Christmas, At first I was reluctant to play and get into this new hobby of mine but things soon took off and now I play when ever I get a chance. I have sang with a few bands on stage at various Rock n Roll gigs which was good fun. And they seemed to like it too.I have just made my first album which I enjoyed immensely, using backing tracks that my friend gave me. I hope to maybe one day have the chance to get a band together and do a few gigs.
