About Me

Welcome. My name is Bob. I run a fitness and personal training business called DYNAMIC RESULTS INC. I have been in the industry for quite a few years and am always learning new and exciting things. I am certified with ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). My goal is to help as many people as possible to accomplish their goals and dreams whether it be to get in shape, win a bodybuilding or powerlifting competition, or run a marathon. Too many people are out of shape and unhealthy. I want to help change that. One person at a time. Feel free to contact me for advice or just to say hi.
