Documenting the rise and fall of the United Soviet Robot Republic:
In the year 2953 A.D., 1000 years after the death of Russian leader Josef Stalin, 3 scientists obsessed with reviving the long dead USSR exhumed the brain of the dictator. After encasing the brain in the body of a 200 foot tall robot, they flicked the switch and current surged into the long dormant grey matter of Stalin.
He had awoken.
Within a short time, all the major cities of the world had fallen, and the world cowered under the spectre of Robot Stalin and his Titanium Curtain. The United Soviet Socialist Republic had come to be, and people of the world were helpless.
5 years afterwards, things seemed just as hopeless as before; at least, on the surface. Unbeknownst to the robotic despot or his army, the ruins of St Petersburg beneath New Stalingrad were a hive of activity. A vast human force had assembled there to bring down the robotic regime.
However, with the rise of the robotic armies and the demands of production the world had been stripped of the valuable metals needed for the human war effort. All seemed lost until by some divine accident, the airship was rediscovered.
Within a year, the humans had amassed a fleet of 100,000 men and 1,000 airships. The time had had come to take back what was theirs.
The descent of the rebel forces on New Stalingrad has become known as the second Battle of Marathon. The brave rebels poured into New Stalingrad from the sky, destroying anything in their path, not stopping until the streets ran black with the oil of Robot Stalin and his armies. 50,000 men fell in their quest to pull back the Titanium Curtain, and Gloworm endeavours to remember them in song.
A Kitten Curiodyssey: The Journey of a Kitten For Enlightenment
Sometimes kittens are swept along in the rapidly moving matter between worlds and are swept into the afterlife before their time. There is no going back, and they must do their best to survive the perilous journey to the sky.
Gloworm retells the story of one particularly brave kitten who survived his odyssey through the eternal night and was deemed worthy of a place among the pantheon.
