What is it mayne? This is ya boy Reez reppin’ Major League Muzic off top!!! I’m Currently residing in MWC but D-Town is where I’m from (& no I’m not talkin’ about Dallas). For most of y’all in the “D” you’re more than likely familiar with my nigg Big Knocc & what we do, for the rest of y’all that aren’t, this is the business. We produce Rap, R&B as well as taylor made tracks (In laymans, make the beat exactly the way you want it). A lot of folks back in the town also call me the "Remake King" due to the fact that you can give me any song you want redone & I can produce it, I don't need to sample (no disrespect to y'all sample gurus). Big Knocc also does studio engineering. We’ve worked with artists such as Vito, Magnificent, Mayhaul, Citywide, Street Money, Jimathez, Analiza Slim, Loonatik, Poncho, Young Spanky, Spade, Godey Folks a.k.a. C4, Tension, Sir Git Rich Trucc & Mac-a-Million Nate from P.T.O., Innerstate Ike, Juice, Young Dsol, Kaoz, Ovadose tha Livewire(R.I.P), Dullah, Disco, Kayne, J-Nutt, Lett Loose, Mayhem, Dynamic, 30 Cal, Big Taz… Damn it’s so many I lost track. We’ve also worked with national artists such as Hollow Tip, T-Nutty, Young Bop, Luni Coleone, Marvaless, Young Droop, RC Loc & Young Sav from the Mercenaries to name a few. In addition we’ve also collabed &/or worked with super producers such as Macc Diesel, Dragon E., K.P., Mach, Mo Heat, Kayne, T. from Y.B.H., & Tone from Aggression Records. We've also networked in promotions with companies such as Curbside Services, Q-Time Productions, Mellowed Out Ent., Laylow Productions & Pleasure Ent. I’ve personally been doing this since I was 12 yrs. old & through the years we’ve seen some ups like networking with local & national artists, people requesting tracks for their albums, as well as downs like going from label to label, having to start from scratch, & mostly folks tryin’ to leave us with the short end of the stick when it comes to business. Now any true artist, producer, manager what have you knows you got to grind it out when it comes down to promotion, so for you cats thinkin’ your’re gonna just hop in this game because you can spit or make dem slappers remember this, this music don’t have 401K retirement plans & labels aren’t handing out deals like concert flyers. Besides, if you're jumping in this game for any reason besides the fact that it's what you love doing, it'll reflect in your music. Just food for thought!
