Morning Hush are a four piece alternative rock / pop band from Dublin. The band, Jonathan Boyle (songwriter, vocalist and guitarist), Ross Kelly (bass player) and Sean Ryan (drums) came together in a chance meeting at a gig London in 2004. Rachel Boyle joined the group in 2007 as backing vocalist and synth player.

Morning Hush have their roots in guitar driven rock music with Influences ranging from The Beatles to Smashing Pumpkins, Tori Amos and David Bowie. With their compelling lyrics, insanely catchy vocal melodies, spiralling guitar solos and hypnotic drum beats, they have developed a unique rock sound.

The band has recently completed their debut EP, recorded at Dublin’s Sonic Eye Media and mastered by Barry Woodward (Rolling Stones, Robbie Williams). This month sees the band writing and recording demos for their upcoming debut album to be recorded in 2009.
