Bedrock Bluesband is the Norwegian “Union-band 2007â€. That means they are going on a tour in Norway to play on most of the bluesclubs in this country, as a result of their victory on the Union Bluescup on Notodden Bluesfestival 2006 – a competition where new and upcoming bands are discovered.According to experienced musicians and music journalists, Bedrock Bluesband is playing groundbreaking blues with elements of funk, rock and jazz. The strength in this band is their passionate love for music and the fun of playing it. This has resulted in the rating five of six possible in several papers and a great performance at NRK, a national TV-channel in Norway.
