This is what my friend john wrote about me:
Ambitious, passionate, talented. Ali is a comic/anime guru, no doubt. He can color better than you. He can find lower prices on dvd's than you. He can even watch anime better than you. No joke. Don't even try to beat him. Just don't. He'll put you to shame. =] Really, though, Ali is the most humble and modest person that I know. COMPLETELY selfless and golden right down to the bottom of his heart. What a guy. He will do anything for a friend. As the only person on this planet to receive the prestigious "Great Friend" award from my father, I think he deserves alot of recognition. And maybe a trophy. Ladies, beware of his charm - I've seen it in action, and it's not a force to be reckoned with. You'll feel like a mere escape pod crossing the paths of an Imperial Cruiser's tractor beam. Goonies to the grave, Ali. Goonies to the grave. here is what I wrote about myself:
How do people write these things? It seems too egotistical to talk about yourself, because you tend to embellish and make yourself sound better then who you really are or your short change yourself.
My given name is Ali(Yes like the boxer). I was born in Mashhad Iran. I consider myself an American(Lived in the united states since the age of seven) My mother and I left the country to live in New Delhi, India for three years. I really have fond memories of the place. Good people. We moved to the united states, finally settling in Orange county, California. I was planning on becoming a doctor/dentist. I even took the Dental Admission Test. After getting the equivalent of an AA degree I transferred to a university where I majored in Biochemistry and computer science. I got tired of it all and decided to pursue my work in comic books and other creative ventures. Right now I am taking a sabbatical of sorts to center myself emotionally.
I know a few languages. I lived in three countries so I have a mixed set of values and cultures. English is my Primary language though I learned it when I was 4 or 3 when we vacationed in India.
I can play piano by ear, I want to learn how to play the guitar as well. I am horrible and doing cords though.
I like to write, to try and give to the world, through my stories. I wish i could draw as well as people I know.
I want to help everyone be happy. I don't care about the acknowledgment nor do I want anything in return. I want a world where people can be taken at face value.

You are The Wheel of Fortune
Good fortune and happiness but sometimes a species of intoxication with success
The Wheel of Fortune is all about big things, luck, change, fortune. Almost always good fortune. You are lucky in all things that you do and happy with the things that come to you. Be careful that success does not go to your head however. Sometimes luck can change.
