A silent tear is shed,
As her world suddenly collides,
And all she wants to do,
Is run away and hide!
She always looks so sad,
It's heartbreaking to see,
Her tradgic past, nobody knows,
All she wants to be is free!
Her pain is so consuming,
It's silently killing her soul,
She needs someone,
To be her salvation,
Before she loses all control!
Inside she feels so broken,
So unloved and incomplete,
Her broken heart is bleeding out,
As she fights the thought of defeat!
Slowly she is suffocating,
She sees no other way out,
She fears the end, may be near
As she presses the blade down with doubt!
All this pain she has caused,
Breaks her heart even more,
So she cuts herself, to feel again,
Even if it's just a little bit more!
With her strength all used up,
And her spirits at their lowest,
She has slipped so far away,
And nobody has even noticed!
So with tears rolling down her cheeks,
She says her final goodbyes,
A letter to her family and friends,
Finally explaining to them why!
She tried her hardest to be strong,
But it was just too much to bare,
I guess she wasn't strong enough,
To handle her depression and despare!
Her life was ripped away from her,
As her flame flickered out,
Why this had to happen to her,
Was a tragedy without a doubt!
But now she has been forgotten,
Just a girl we all once knew,
The memories of her have been lost forever,
This is a tragedy that is sadly true!
To some this may be a story,
A made up tale to tell,
A story about a young girl with problems,
And about living in her own personal hell!
But this story means so much more to me,
Because it hits so close to home,
This story is how I feel everyday,
This is what I go through alone!
And as fucked up as it sounds,
I live through this each day,
That girl isn't just some character,
She's me in every way!
