About Me

Fuse The Sky is what happened when, on Halloween 2004, Graham's ridiculous idea to form a band turned out to be a little less stupid than anticipated. He, Chyppe and Luke jammed, and what sprang to life that cold autumn day was something worth continuing, so they decided to further develop their ensemble by recruiting John Bohannon to front it. Nobody knew him, but he had a rock-star name, that was for certain, and with that they wouldn't go wrong. But they did. Tyler McChane soon picked up where John left off, and the more...stable quartet began writing epic music. However, Luke and Tyler were unsatisfied with being the only attractive band members, so they demanded a third. The hunt for a fifth member began with Eric Moore, who spent a little time with Fuse the Sky, but was smart enough not to waste his time with them. In the end, they settled for some guy named Joseph. Finally a full band, they realized they had no chance at getting much desired female attention without a singer, so Chyppe convinced his long-time friend Johnny "The Disgruntled Squid" Mac to yell stuff in the microphone during their practices. This is the lineup they played their first few shows with, but as fate would have it, Johnny was kidnapped by poachers who sold his ivory tusks. To fill the void in their hearts, they attempted at replacing him with a Mr. Jon Buckley. He was nice, but Fuse The Sky just wasn't ready for a long-term commitment. Now without a singer, everyone was like "O NO'z!" until God came down from the heavens and spaketh "Bitch, calm yo' beard. Thou shalt maketh Chyppe sing." And it was so... Influences: Musically, Fuse the Sky is influenced by what they believe to be the sounds that will bring their audience to involuntary head-bobbing, and nuts-going. The glimmering comments from fans that say "I ejaculated sixty quadrillion times during your set, man, that was rip roarin' and balls to the wall!" or "Get off the stage and let Orange Light play!" is all we've ever needed to keep doing what we do. That, and Korn.
