Raymond D. Pryer aka "Mr.ICE" - Captivating the crowd for the first time at a party by legendary producer Dub Ice, I knew then I was destined for the biz...Mr. I.C.E.(In Control Everyday) was born. This Louisiana based rapper was raised in the city of Baton Rouge, La. dubbed "Holly Rouge" but affectionately called "The Big Raggedy". As a youngster Ice was influenced by southern rap legends like Scarface, Too-Short, 8ball & MJG, Master P., UGK and Mystical because of there gritty depliction of the streets that he was so familiar with. In 2005 Ice relocated to Houston, Tx. -"The New Black Mecca" of music to join longtime family friend and producer Howard "H.B." Butler in a joint musical effort called "Da Chill Factor."
