About Me

A brief history of Phil:
23rd August 1983: Born at Luton and Dunstable Hospital. Lived in Luton until...
December 1987: Moved to Southdown, Harpenden at the tender age of four.
1988: Started school at Crabtree Infants, things there went alright and highlights included playing with lots of toys.
1994: Left Crabtree and moved onto Big School (St. Georges). Had a merry time and even managed to get some A-Levels at the end of it, which was quite handy.
1999: Got my first job working at the best supermarket in all of Harpenden: Somerfield. During my time at the 'field I was a "Replenishment Engineer" as well as a Baker, Butcher, Dairyman and Greengrocer. I get around a bit.
2001: I left St. Georges and went to Keele University where I studied a degree in Physical Geography and Applied Environmental Science. When I wasn't studying hard I practiced drinking beer and eating lots of unhealthy food. I had the best three years of my life but like everything it had to end at some point.
July 2004: Graduated from Keele and I got a piece of A4 paper with my name on it. 3 years work for that?! I did get to wear a hat on my graduation though so I suppose it was worth it. This also marked the end of my student life, and after bumming around during the summer I got myself a job.
August 2004: Joined a travelling circus as a lion tamer. Things were going well until a stray midget somehow got caught in the lions cage. He put up a brave fight but there was carnage and he sadly lost his face and all his arms. The midget on the other hand escaped unhurt and was so encouraged by his victory he set up his own show and now regularly beats Lions up for cash. It wasn't working out for me though so I left.
October 2004: Joined the big wide world of work with a job as a claims adjuster in London. I've been there since and whilst the work is occasionally rather boring, the perks of the job include being paid lots of money and getting drunk far too often in Londons many bars and clubs.
May and October 2005: I caught the travelling bug and went to the USA and t'Egypt in these respective months...maybe something to do in the future!
March 2007: Spiralling travel costs and general boredom gave me the perfect excuse to spread my wings and move into the big wide world. I moved into a big house in North London with 3 other people to make things more exciting. I still have no money though, but nevermind.
That's it so far!

My Blog

I had a dream...

I had a dream last night that I saw Dr. Karl Kennedy from Neighbours in the queue for Stealth at Thorpe Park.  I tried to take a photo but it was too late, he had got on the ride. How bizarre!...
