Band Members: Tim performs primarily as a solo instrumental ambient guitarist with loops, effects and rhythmic noises added. He also writes and records original Christian praise and worship songs and has even been known to sing once in a while (especially at church!). Tim also has an all instrumental trio with bassist Don Beyer and drummer Mark Sentle called "the Tim Oehlers trio".
Influences: JESUS CHRIST; far too many great fellow musicians (both living and passed on) to list. Many of the fellow accomplished musicians that Tim is currently listening to are pictured in his "friend space".

Tim listens to and acknowledges many of the other very accomplished current guitarists out there right now who are still working hard to push the boundaries of creativity and originality on their instrument while holding a deep regard and respect for the melody of a song.
