- Al comenzar la primavera del 99, bajo las típicas nubes de septiembre, se realizó nuestro primer ensayo con la primera formación de NoCiudadanos. Dos meses después registramos nuestro primer demo "Colapso", del cual se distribuyeron doscientas copias, lo que nos permitió darnos a conocer en el under santiaguino. Al año siguiente grabamos un EP de 9 temas titulado "A Clonar". De esa placa, se distribuyeron quinientas copias, lo cual nos situó un peldaño más arriba en nuestro recorrido musical llevándonos a compartir escenario con las más variadas bandas. Es en estos recitales donde nos hicimos conocidos por nuestro bombardeo de acoples, gritos y velocidad. Todo iba bien pero a fines del 2002 nos vimos obligados a tomar un receso para juntarnos nuevamente en el invierno del 2003 volviendo al formato de trío; decidimos editar un nuevo EP con dos temas inéditos y uno en vivo + un video casi documental de filmaciones en vivo, “Flotar EP”, mientras nos concentrábamos en la producción de un larga duración que reflejara el nuevo momento de la banda; es así como firmamos contrato con el sello local Escarabajo el cual publica a fines del 2006 nuestro más reciente trabajo titulado "Contenidos Explicitos", distribuido por EMI, Consíguelo.
