I have studied martial arts and gymnastics since early childhood. Lived all over the States, spent time in Mexico, Turkey, and Hong Kong. Been performing live for many years and working in films and on tv as a stuntman, actor and script supervisor. Also an elite level gymnastics instructor and massage therapist.
