I have worked for a non-profit agency for 15 years that works with women offenders as a second chance to incarceration. Having worked with women of various backgrounds, I have come to admire their strengths and reciliencies. Using a holistic approach and best practices, I have worked with women who have experienced a great deal of trauma in their lives. I have also watched them grow and heal.I have also worked with families, couples, and men in a therapeutic enviornment.
