They say single moms are the strongest species on earth :) Not sure its true, but I'm sure I enjoy it. You have to meet Jack, he's coolest kid in the world. I tell him "What's it like to know that you make your mother laugh every single day?". He likes that.
When he turned 6, we quit daycare. It was the most wonderful feeling in the world to be at home with him and still work. Had our ups and downs but wouldn't trade it for the world.

Written and illustrated a diy credit repair book which is undergoing limited distribution at a discount to analyze it's usefulness to the general public. Finally got the sales copy/price right and people are picking it up. I'm happy to say its getting rave reviews.
I love working with real estate agents. I've put together Marketing Tools for Realtors to help them do better in their business. Most agents have such a hard time getting on their feet in the beginning. I try to help them increase their business without really doing much more work. The goal is less is more.
Last but not least. Because I build so many websites, I found a webhosting company that was so good I HAD to become a reseller of affordable webhosting . No monthly fees, saves me SO much money. I designed the site and added as much value as possible. Even the original company doesn't provide this package or this price. I've been on these servers for over a year and they're solid as a rock.
