USES COP FRIEND'S GUN TO KILL SELF By Patrice O'ShaughnessySunday, December 21th 1997, 2:03AMA Brooklyn woman apparently killed herself with her cop boyfriend's gun early yesterday, police said.Heidi Figueroa, 23, died of a bullet wound to her head about 3:30 a.m. in the house she shared with her two children and her mother at 2352 W. 11th St. in Sheepshead Bay.Police said Figueroa's mother and boyfriend, a housing cop assigned to the area who was not identified, were in the living room when they heard a shot. They found the woman on the floor of a bedroom.Figueroa was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The cop's 9-mm. pistol was recovered nearby.Police said Figueroa was despondent over a previous relationship and had attempted suicide before.
