well for starters, i am pretty awesome. sometimes that is. i have some crazy things that i love some crazy things i don't but whateva. i do however love one thing, with no shame. RED BULL!!!!!!!!!as i was drinking one the other day, i noticed that it contained something called taurine. so i said to myself, self what is taurine? i found out and thought y'all may find this interesting: "It turns out it's an essential amino acid for a cat,but not an essential amino acid for humanswe can synthesize it from other amino acids. Taurine is an inhibitory neurotransmitter, and its main use has been to help treat epilepsy and other excitable brain states, where it functions as a mild sedative." AT LEAST I WILL NEVER HAVE SEIZURE!
