DJ Filibration

Very early, already in an age of 15, Filibration discovered his passion for broken beats. He was decisive to become a DJ and so there had to be the first own turntables and a good set of records. He started practising to prepare his career, still in his children..s room – although very often to the annoyance of his parents ;-) The year 1998 finally marked the beginning of Filibration..s public appearances. Then, he stood on the stage of Oldenburg..s Alhambra for the first time – playing in front of the certainly still critical crowd. 2000 DJ Filibration, DJ Stevie K, Pied Piper and MC Splatter founded the Wildside-Crew in order to realize the very first regular Drum..n Bass project in the region. Monthly, they organized the Backflash Parties – still remebered well by Oldenburg..s party people. Due to good contacts to DJs in the neighbouring town Bremen it became possible for Filibration to extend his area of activity and to fill more clubs with his banging sound. Soon, he was booked by Labels like Lifeline and he played on different parties, such as Devotion meets Prototype. After he had to move to Koblenz for occupational reasons, he now infects the Rhineland with his unmistakable style. He brought the Rappleboxing Parties into being – even before joining the local Sunsetriderz Crew.
