Well well! Where should I start. My names Ashley Richards aka A.sharp, I’m a musician, song writer, producer who loves God. Ever since I can remember I was constantly getting beatings from my mom because I would use my knife and fork as drum sticks, constantly tapping away especially around the dinner table and in public places (man those were the days).Music hasn’t always been a focal point in my life, I’ve always been to busy pursuing my football career which was my first love. Years went by and I started to feel music again but this time really feel music. I started to dig out my mom’s motown records and tape collection just to hear the drummers play. Instead of just looking at the front covers of CD’s I found myself searching the credits and researching all the drummers to gain knowledge. I started to think what it would be like as a full time musician working as a drummer. Going against my fathers will (but consulting the big man up stairs) I decided to enrol on a music course, that was three years ago now and I’m still here with the same passion for music.I would like to take this opportunity to thank my boy Naylar Largy aka Silky aka Big Head! Lol! Who has helped me to dabble on the keyboard which now enables me to compose and produce music. Thanks for being patient and encouraging me to build up my faith. Gud lukin out man! At the moment I’m currently looking for like minded singers, mc’s, rappers, opera singers, people who can stand on their head and do back flips, people who can just help me spread the good news and push this music ting as far as it can take us.
