I write, sing, and heal...somersault smile defy...if I were alive at the time of my celtic ancestors I'd be a bard. I celebrate stories like my Native Ancestors and gather around fire circles every chance I can. I'm known as Sheboygan's singing nurse. Fun!

I voraciously read shorelines. I love words and agree with Muriel Rukeseyers words...the world is made of stories, not atoms... I teach grassroots weekly writing circles in coffeeshops and believe our most political act is finding our voice!
A screenplay I wrote got to Miramax. I co-directed, produced, and starred in the Vagina Monologues to a sold out audience at the Kohler Art Center and we raised thousands to help women and children. Coleman Barks invited me to sing as he read Rumi poetry at Baltimores Visionary Art Museum (a must visit) I'm starting...CreatEpiphanies. a consulting company offering holistic stress management and creative visionary development.
My Psychologist Partner, Connie Woythal and I go wherever we are needed most.
I do sound healing called...Bonesinging. it's the instinctual way we heal ourselves...just think of the stubbing of the toe phenomenon. At its simplest, Bonesinging is a mother singing, making the dark, okay. It's creating a musical cocoon of tones, a medicine song. it's truly transformative. My teachers have been many...children, intuition, dolphins, trees, cats, it's all a verse of love in a universe of love.
