Born in southern New Jersey into an artistic and musical family, Patsy Foster was singing and writing and refining her stage presence almost as early as she was walking and talking. Early influences were Glen Campbell and Anne Murray. She was also influenced by the constant stream of musicians coming into her home to play music with her dad, Don Cogan.
She now lives in Broomall, PA with her husband and daughter.
