Fox in the Willow is a New York based jewelry, home accessories and gift line created by designer Lisa Lavin. Lisa is a graduate of a two year art diploma program as well as a fashion design certificate program. After moving from Vancouver, BC to New York, she realized she needed an outlet for her creative ideas, so Fox in the Willow was developed to house her growing jewelry making hobby. With a love of arts and crafts, she decided to expand into making gifts and items for the home. Many of the ideas for her products have been based on gifts she has made friends and family over the years. Fox in the Willow was intended to bring the same amount of care and attention to detail to consumers as the pieces had to her loved ones.Inspiration for Fox in the Willow stems from Lisa’s genuine love for all things antique and vintage. The home accessory and gift lines are meant to reflect a time where true design and art adorned every day items such as toothpaste to luggage tags. The jewelry line is meant to utilize findings specifically sourced to resemble antique jewelry parts but that have been juxtaposed with more contemporary accents to relate to the present time.Lisa hopes that Fox in the Willow will be enjoyed for bringing more beauty and elegance to the every day.
