I'm a twenty year old college student at Trident Technical College where I am now trying to get my associate in arts degree, after graduating from the culinary arts program last May. i'm a rather tranquil easy going fellow who likes to kick it back and just chill. I'm not hardcore, but i am Christian trying to live in the way of christ, not to say i don't sin, cause i surely do, but i know who i can always go to when there is no one else i can turn to. I stay busy. i'm either at school or at work. i never seem to see weekends anymore, so I sorta forgot how the sun looks on those days. I sort of got an interest in cooking through my family's obsession for cooking for every name and nameless event. I find it to be one of those careers in which it applys to all 5 senses, which is pleasing to me, and most cases to everyone else who loves to eat. I really enjoy what I do at my job where I'm a pastry cook. It really think its an art form. I hope to grow and gain more knowledge of baking and cooking throught different styles, culture, and of of course to enhance my skills. I hope to one day open up my own catering business, become a personal chef, or open up my I plan to transfer to CofC to get a degree in education, to have something else under my belt you know. Plus perhaps one day I can teach as a chef/instructor sometimes. I love writing poetry, its sort of the way for me to be alone an express how I feel or help make others feel better by giving them hope through all the ish our generation goes through these days. I have about three volumes writtien up now, and in the process of getting them published. I have an incredibile girlfriend that is the comfort of this here soul. She keeps my head right and the most beautiful person I've ever known both physically and mentally. I thank God for her everyday, cause at times I feel like I don't deserve such a wonderful person.
