Descendants of American Revolutionaries and Kentucky pig farmers, born in an open field or a vacant lot, the members of Chicago's Sing-Sing don't merely de-construct the modern country song, they exultantly tear it to pieces. Rebuilding it on terms very much their own, Sing-Sing shuns the modern office tower which now dominates Nashville's Music Row in favor of the dilapidated dwelling on the hill, unfancy but very much lived-in.
