Satia began singing at the age of 3 she had a knack for mimicking artist voice exactly. As she got older she began to develop her own voice and soon her own style. By third grade Satia had her whole life planned out. Satia decided she wanted to be a singer, designer, and a writer. She began designing clothes in the third grage and she made sure she sang everyday to prepare for her career. As Satia got older she began writing peotry and short stories; song writing was inevitable. Satia wrote her first song in junior high school all while perfecting her skills in chorus class. She was voted best singer by her peers which reaffirmed to Satia she could make it in the industry. In High school she begged her parent to allow her to persue her dreams but with no success. Her parents felt it was unrealistic and she needed to go to college. Eventually Satia gave in and began to focus more on her studies but her passion never changed. Once Satia moved out on her own she struggled with following her dreams and making them reality, or having the support of her family by doing the practical......college. Satia's husband Calvin a.k.a. "Kaotic the Menace" began working on his album and Satia one day remembered how much she loved and missed singing and began working on her own album right away. Her first song "Promise" was a test of her writing skills which laid dormant for years but she still had it! Satia started her own company After I'm Gone Entertainment (A.I.G. Ent ) and has been planning her take over eversince. Her self titled album will be released fall 07' and from there you can expect a steady stream of ventures (clothing line, parfumes, ect.)
