if you point a camera at me, i'll smile. i love to be in pictures and this optimism is genuine.
i find capitalizing letters to be entirely pointless.
my favorite color is pink and if you didn't know that already, well then, you surely don't know me at all. and then there's my love for barbie. i would like to be her. i think she is the epitome of womanly beauty (don't give me that shit about her being disproportionate and if she were real she'd fall over, deep down you know you love her).

speech therapy is what i do, it is not who i am. i am a speech language pathologist at pacific autism center for education (PACE). i love the kids i work with and they have filled my heart with joy.
evan is my favorite. we were married on October 13th in a beautiful ceremony in the park in saratoga. he makes me happy, and our lives are filled with joy, love and hope.
we have a dog named nacho. i call him fucker, i also call him foofernoo.
we also have a pembroke welsh corgi puppy named llewy. we call him llewpoo. we also call him furbutt.
i got rid of my nalgene when i found out that the plastics are dangerous. so i bought a sigg. when i put it in the freezer with water it turns slushy after a while and that could possibly be one of my favorite things ever. and just like my nalgene before, i hook it to the front of my kayack when i am paddling out in the ocean.
and also, popsicles are bettter than most things

i think Damien Rice and i would have some good stories to swap. oh, and i'd like to have gotten to know TS Eliot, i think he saw humanity for what it really was.

When not reading books for SLP's, I enjoy books in Spanish (to keep me up to par in the language) : Cuando Era Puertoriquena & Casi Una Mujer, Sonar en Cubano, Viente poemas de amor y un cancion deseperada, El Cantar de Mio Cid, En El Tiempo De Las Mariposas, Versos Sencillos, San Manuel Bueno-Maritr ( I really like the philosphical approach to religion that Miguel de Unamuno debates on in his works), and all the books by David Sedaris (I read in English too)
