Where it all started...
In 1987 i visited the "Funkadelic" Club in Frankfurt and from there i was infected with the Funk Virus.
This Club and the Music the DJ..s were Playing was unbelievable. That made me a Music Freak and i wanted to be there every Day and Months later i also wanted to be a DJ. I started in 1989 buying me some Technics 1210. One of my First Albums "Keith Sweat - I want her" the Bomb.
Playing different Kinds of Music and started to DJ in the Club NYX and some Party..s with my Friend and Partner DJ Nourdin. Later in 1992 planning Funky Vibes with my Friends Nidal & Roey Marquis II. A Club for just 2 Month with different DJ..s and Live Artists. Later on i met DJane Lady D.. She..s one of the most famous Female DJ..s in Germany and Resident at the "Funkadelic" & one of the Former Members of the legendary Radioshow "HR3 Clubnight". With her support i had the chance to be a Resident DJ at the " Funkadelic". To play there was a lot of Fun and Party. In 1995 I started with DJ Nourdin the Record Store "Funkadelic Records" in the Club. The No. 1 Place for new Vinyls serving the hottest DJ..s in the Area.
In 1999 Funakdelic Records & Soulful Vibes get together and starting "Vibes Records". to be continued.... ..
