ILLustrated is a crew of dedicated, working DJs in the tri-county Florida area (561 to 954 to 305). We're looking to link up and learn from each other, as well as entertain others!
Whether its rockin house parties & clubs, teaching the art of scratching & using vinyl, playing hip hop or electronic music, preforming with bands & MCs, or working the mobile DJ circuit, together as a crew we stand as one.
When our crew first formed in 2002, were just a group of friends from different counties who wanted to all get together and enjoy the things about hip hop music that we loved, be it DJ'ing, MC'ing, Graffiti, or Breakin.
We still feel the same way today, and have expanded our crew into new genres and horizons as well. No form of music should be excluded if the person playing it is adding their own flavor to the mix!
Members of ILLustrated can be seen today playing at local clubs in the south florida area, DJ'ing in their hip hop groups (JabrJaw + Dee Dubbs, Brokensound Blvd, Major League), pushing mixtapes, teaching new DJ's the art of scratching, rocking house parties, and every now and then, at a battle or two...
