I'm a Documentary Filmmaker with specialist interest in ethnocultural filmmaking. Having studied Film and Video at the University College for the Creative Arts, I started working as a Producer/Director for OBE TV [Sky digital 204], an African Caribbean channel, where I am currently finding form and developing my creative voice.
I have produced and directed several documentaries for OBE TV which looks at traditional festivals in West Africa such as PANAFEST, The Roots Festival in Gambia and the traditional indigenous cultures of of the Akan people of Cape Coast, Saltpond and Kibi in Ghana.
I have also produced programmes in Zimbabwe and South Africa and Germany for the channel.
I am also working on my first independent feature documentary.
