Originally influenced by the Acid Techno/Acid Trance scene of the mid/late 1990s, My taste for repetitve beats took a random tangent after attending early psytrance parties such as Return To The Source and Otherworld (London, UK), Sunrise (Manchester, UK) & Cabbage (Leeds, UK) and discovering that they were a right laugh. It wasn’t long after that that i decided to try and get a bit more involved in The Scene (TM)
Since that time I’ve been vaguely involved with free psy-trance gatherings in the UK, running my own sound system (Inverted Sound System) and working on numerous outdoor parties such a Magikana, Doolally in the Valley & Kaboodle and there have been a few collaborative forays with collectives such as Synchronistic Sounds & Strange Daze at festivals and events such as Big Green Gathering, Pixchievious and Aspire.
In 2005 I decided that being cold all the time was rubbish so I left the UK for sunnier climes and am now living/working/travelling in the southern hemisphere. Since ditching my own speakers in the UK I’ve been fortunate enough to be allowed to play on other peoples sound systems around Australia and New Zealand including Astral Lotus parties (Adelaide), Cairns Winter Solstice 2006/2007, Simianantics (Perth), Singularity (Ak), Parihaka Peace Festival (NZ). I have a residency at Dimension (Ak) and a laptop for making wierd bleeps and bloops.
