About Me

Brent Mosley is a native of Toronto, Canada. At age eleven, Brent heard a record by Herb Alpert. When he heard the music and saw the album cover he decided, "That's a good job." and began playing the trumpet. Brent began taking lessons from Morris Isen, principal trumpet with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and eventually on to New York City to study with Carmine Caruso.
After moving to California, Brent worked with countless big bands, orchestras, R&B bands and Latin bands. But after years of doing that kind of work, Brent decided to get back to why he started playing the trumpet in the first place and that was to be a recording artist and play songs, especially romantic songs.
With his warm, sensuous sound and style, Brent now records songs that create a romantic, sexy atmosphere that's always easy to listen to.
In addition to recording romantic music, Brent is also the co-founder of New Found Records, a record company dedicated to finding great artists and music that has been recorded but not yet exposed to the general public.About New Found Records
New Found Records was founded by Brent Mosley and Tim Padilla because they realized that there are many, many artists that have produced and recorded great music but do not know how or maybe simply don’t have the ability to get their music out to a mass audience.
New Found Records finds these artists and their music and presents it to the world so that others will have an opportunity to enjoy great quality music that otherwise would never be heard.
New Found Records makes available music of quality and of a value that far surpasses the nominal price they ask.
Be sure to go to www.newfoundrecords.com and check in often as they are always presenting newly discovered artists and music.
