Reckonition

Reckonition is a Canadian pop-rock duo - in the tradition of Savage Garden, Wham!, and the Pet Shop Boys - consisting of Friedrick Po and Conrad Poon.
Friedrick is a talented vocalist and an energetic stage performer, providing for electric audience interction. Conrad is a gifted multi-instrumentalist, providing killer keyboard and arrangements. Friedrick and Conrad have been performing together for many years under a different band name, entertaining audiences with their cover versions of classic pop-rock songs.
Re-launched with original songs by singer-songwriter Sam Parr, Reckonition has taken their native British Columbia by storm. Since 2005 they have performed at numerous venues in the greater Vanvouver area, where their performance has praised as "refreshing and electric".
Multiple Juno-awardee Orin Isaacs, musical producer for Canadan Idol, recently listened to a performance of their signature song "Recognize", and gave encouragement to keep on singing and performing, because what he saw had "everything including the x-factor" to make it in the industry.
That kind of encouragement - and the support of friends made at different milestones along the journey - has kept the group doing what it enjoys the most, going up on stage and working the crowds.
One thing for sure - Reckonition has only just begun.
