Shotgun & Pippin

This page belongs to Shotgun and Pippin the best two working dogs around. Shotgun is a red nose pit bull and Pippin is a German Shepherd. Shotgun and Pippin are amazing! They work and play crazy hard and they love life, people, and other animals. Shotgun is a service dog for his master Kevin and Pippin is a Fidelco Guide Dog for Jessica. Pippin and Shotgun also work part time as Animal Assisted Therapy dogs at Special Kids in which is a pediatric rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. Shotgun came to us from Ang and Rich Kovacs OF ARK Kennil in California (huge thanks to Ang and Rich for helping Shotgun become an amazing dog!). ARK Kennil breeds the extremely high quality working animals. Pippin came from Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation in Connecticut. (Thanks to The Rigo family and everyone at Fidelco who helped Pippin become amazing as well)! Pippin and Shotgun do truely awesome work but they love play time as well. Pippin will play ball all day long. If you will throw it he will fetch it again, and again, and again, and again... Shotgun is the master of tug of war. After play is all over they are both fans of a nice belly rub.The newest addition to Pippin and Shotgun's pack has been a Staffordshire Terrior named Dolli. She is the sweetest and smartest little girl ever. She has started learning new skills so that one day she might be a working dog as well!Pippin and Shotgun are testiments that things that you hear about "aggressive" breed dogs are usually not accurate. With lots of love and training all dogs can be amazing, ESPECIALLY PIT BULLS. We hope that awesome pit bulls like Shotgun can help to put a stop to breed specific legislation.
