Born In Jackson, Tn, Jonathan aka J*BO adopted the music genre "RAP" in the 8th grade but never really took it seriously. When is freshman year at NORTH SIDE HIGH arrived some of his friends that he knew and hung around with started the rapping sensation too. After awhile, a long time friend decide to start a group and came to him. So they came up with the name "A.M.Dubb(america's most Wanted) but later changed to PLAYA SQUAD. Recording numerous numbers of track and handing out cds they became very popular. Like always problems were among all group members and J*BO was the first to go........Joining STREET CREDIT ENT. created by one of his older cousins "Young Stone" as a solo artist. Then dropped "SAME OL NIGGA" on July 1, 2007 with featurings from: King Josh, Young Stone, Pacoh, Jarvis G., Lil Troy, and TWA. The cd was a hit in the hood but rarely heard around jackson. Now bouncing back after 6 months the new album is on the way. CERTIFIED......the title represents the love, support, and appreciation from everyone whos has ever listen to anything he has ever said. Shaking haters and brushing them off of his shoulders J*BO is now new and improved.COMING OUT IN JANUARY "CERTIFIED" you can expect featurings from: Young Stone, Pacho, King Josh, Ghost, Lil Jarvis G., Da SuperStar and much more.
