Tainted Grace

About Me

Tainted Grace is a female fronted melodic metal band hailing from South East England.
Formed in 2007, the band has recently been compared to Evanescence and Lacuna Coil.
Their strength lies undeniably in their song writing; intelligent, metal infused rock overlaid with haunting vocals and catchy melodies that will certainly get stuck in your head.
They have just welcomed second guitarist Andy Simpson which has transformed the band adding a more dynamic metal sound. Bands they have played with include Senser, Season’s End, ShadowKeep, To-Mera, Hanging Doll and Soul Destruction. Venues they have played at include The Asylum (Birmingham), The Bridgehouse II (London), The Purple Turtle (Camden) and The Agincourt (Camberley).
In September 2008 they made a huge impact with femme-metal fans from all over Eurpoe when they opened the Dames of Darkness festival in Birmingham. In 2009 they will perform at their first outdoor festival: Weyfest.
