All playing in different bands that really wasn't working out at the time, Josh who has been playing bass and guitar for over 7 years started looking for a band to play in. After looking for a while he met (Sam and Dan Kohlman) who at the time we're playing in a band called (Half Life). Things didn't quite work out with them so Josh was the first to ask them if they wanted to start a band. In the next weeks to pass Josh and the guys started messing with songs and realized that they need to find a drummer a.s.a.p. They started looking for drummers immediately and after several attempts with different drummers Josh decided to call up his long time friend and drummer (Jeremiah Baker) who he has played with off and on. Jeremiah has been playing for about 6 years, plus him and Josh had know each other since elelmentary school, also growing up playing together. Jeremiah is a very laid back person and the guys knew he had the talent to push their band to different levels.Then soon after they had wrote several songs together and started jamming for a while trying to get to know each other they realized that this was it, this is what they were all looking for. Then after writing there first set they set off searching for bass players but this they all knew was gonna be pretty hard cause the shortage of bass players in Tallahassee and every other band looking for one too. All in all going through several bass players and after meeting one they all thought would be it, he decided to leave the band because of reasons still unknown. Several weeks later Jeremiah ran accross an old friend (Matt Roberts) who at the time was playing in a cover band called ( 69 Reasons). After a couple days went by Matt decided to call it quits with 69 Reasons and called up Josh to tryout. The first time he came to tryout Mahendra knew he was the guy, he fit in so we'll.So now having all the pieces together and all the right people Mahendra is looking forward to taking on any tasks to get to where they need to be and are ready to take on the world. Now after playing several shows with such local bands as (Sanctioned), (Falling At Will) ,(Severlock), (Stronghold) many more and National Acts like (Within Chaos). Mahendra is making there way as one of the top local bands.You can catch Mahendra on the x - factor on x 101.5 every sunday from 8:00 to 10:00 with poolboy.
