RachelHello! Thank you for visiting my profile. A couple of things about me: I have ugly duckling syndrome. That is when you are unattractive as a child and teenager but as you get older you become more attractive. I was not homecoming queen, cheerleader, popular. I was chubby, had acne, crooked teeth, greasy hair. I've been teased, called names such as ugly, fat, pizza face - I've heard it all. To this day I can't say I am pretty. To admit to something like that seems conceited to me and I am not conceited. I am humble and I think that is a good quality to have. Life has been a definite struggle. People have not always been who they say they are, have been abusive, or let me down. I have a really big heart and always treat people with respect. Treat others how you want to be treated. I have never been handed anything, have had to work for everything I have attained, and I have never compromised my morals or values to do so. The lesson I have learned though is to use each stumbling block or bad thing in your life as a stepping stone to advance yourself. This makes you who you are. It is the imperfections which make us unique. I believe that a girl should always conduct herself in public with class. I think a girl should be classy, not trashy! I have been a legal secretary for 8 years at the same firm and I model. I love to model because it makes me feel better about myself. A I enjoy writing. I wrote a book but have yet to get it published. I love to model. It is my passion. I was in the 2007 Maxim Hometown Hotties Competition and an Unrated Rock Vixen for March of 2007. I am very funny and goofy. My boyfriend often wonders where the real Rachel has gone. I have two beautiful daughters who I love so much. They are innocent flawless beings who I would die for and do anything for. They are my babies. They are just really good girls and I have so much to be thankful for. I appreciate that they are healthy and happy. That is all I ask for them. I love Poison, Snoop Dog, Biggy, Lil Kim, Nine Inch Nails, Snead O' Connor, anything old school.

Movies:

My favorite alltime movie is Mask (the eighties one) about Rocky Dennis, a deformed teenager. His mom is Cher, who I also love. It was so sad, but he was so upbeat even though he was deformed. Very inspirational. I also loved Invincible, the new football movie with Mark Wahlberg. Other favorites are Mean Girls, Good Fellas, Some Kind of Wonderful, and Terms of Endearment. I love Shirley Maclaine! I also love the Notebook. I was in tears. It is so romantic and sad! Rachel McAdams is my favorite actress.

Television:

The new Pussycat Doll show and America's Top Model. I wanted Chelsea to win on PD. Oh well. Asia is good too.

Books:

Prozac Nation about a girl who overcomes Depression, She's Come Undone and any true crime story. I love those!

Heroes:

First and foremost my children are my heroes. They keep me on track. Mike, my boyfriend is my hero because he has given me such happiness and a renewal of faith in man. My friends are my heroes, the ones who have helped me when I was alone and in the dark. Kelly, my best friend, is my hero. She has been my friend for 17 years. We have been through so much together. She is a sister to me. She helps me through those bad times and no matter how many fights we get in I know we'll always love each other. She is so beautiful inside and out. Sheri is my hero-She listened to me when noone else would and comforted me greatly. I owe her so much. She is such a wonderful listener and very beautiful. She always looks so great at work while I look like crap. I don't know how she does it. Viki is my hero. She helped me so much when I was alone and crying, couldn't eat for four days, couldn't shower. She was the one who called me every 15 minutes to make sure I could take care of myself. Christa is my hero. She is like a surrogate mom to me. She changed my life. Kimmie Kim is my hero. She is such a classy great girl-so pretty too! She is so cute and I love talking to her. She is just a very good very nice very good listener. Other heros of mine are Jill, Latosha, Michelle, Keisha, and my sister, Hannah, all beautiful great women!
