Cities battling poverty, crime, racial tension, substance abuse and other critical issues are now facing the future with hope because of the life-changing impact of Community Renewal International . Caring partners in all parts of the country who want to have safe and caring communities.See the life-changing impact we have in our home city of Shreveport, La., with caring partners like golfer David Toms and musicians Brooks & Dunn in this video:Community Renewal partnered with The Fuller Center for Housing after Hurricane Katrina hit Louisiana in 2005. See the inspiring impact of this partnership in this video:The Adult Renewal Academy takes education to at-risk neighborhoods and gives hope and confidence to its students. Students are earning their GED and moving into the work force or on to higher education. This inspirational video gives a brief overview of the work at the ARA.The following 30-second PSA first aired on ESPN during the PetroSun Independence Bowl, where Community Renewal received the Gen. Omar N. Bradley Spirit of Independence Award.
