About Me

Hysterica Dance Co., founded in 1997, is a pop-influenced, theatrically driven company focused on exploring collaborations with other artists; filmmakers, fashion designers, composers, and musicians. Hysterica serves the community at large by creating original dance works reflective LA's current cultural landscape. Hysterica presents live performances of new works, workshops and seminars in conjunction with other artistic collaborators. Hysterica also produces group shows of young adult choreographers’ works, which embrace all styles of dance. These performances create an opportunity for the next generation of the Los Angeles dance community to develop their skills, take risks and connect with and develop an audience.
