A Tribute to Kendall.

Kendall was a fan of ours. She died this year doing what she loved. She was a devoted Flatlined fan for many years, and would listen to the song Best Intentions every morning. For this we will always remember her. Please send your love to her family.

Lay down a live show that gets them hungry for more. Always give an audience more than they paid for.Just play like its the one shot youve got.Based out of the Niagara region, leaving their mark everywhere they play, Flatlined has delivered nuclear shows on every stage they played on. Blending aggressive, melodic riffs with powerful but evocative vocals, Flatlined's sound appeals to a wide audience without losing its distinctive edge. With explosive live performances, touring over 180 venues in 2005 alone, and independently selling a few shy of 3,000 albums along the way, this five-piece alternative rock band is proving they have more than just potential to offer. It's been a busy two years for the band. A debut CD Guilty Of in 2004, now in its third pressing, and still selling, has enjoyed great response from the media and the Canadian music industry. A sold-out limited edition live CD/DVD video are just a few of the items Flatlined has managed to fit in, between sharing the stage with bands like Everclear, Collective Soul, Social Code, The Trews, The Salads, Skindred, and many others. In conjunction with a cross-Canada promotional tour, this progressive new album promises to impress and expand Flatlined's growing audience. The band's hard work and determination to succeed in the music industry has not gone unnoticed. Industry sponsorships from Jim Dunlop, Dava Picks, Spector Bass, Firewire Strings, and Pro Resolution Audio, each testify to Flatlined's professional appeal."As an Indie band, we've been lucky enough to benefit from endorsements and widespread college radio play just on the strength of our first CD," says lead singer Wes Stonos. "But our new album has really come together to reflect the progress we've made in songwriting and musical style. Great gear, a new CD, a national tour, and a tireless commitment to rock, proves that Flatlined's success so far is only the beginning. We've learned a lot on the road", adds guitarist Jimi Battle. "I think we've kept our promise to each other and our supporters that we're ready for the next step. That next step may be just around the corner.Extensive print and e-media coverage, winning awards from Garageband.com (2005) and Mixposure.com (2005), and taking home Supernova Entertainment's Peoples Choice Award (November 2005), means that Flatlined will only continue to impress as they establish themselves within the industry."The last twelve months have been a real accomplishment for us," says lead singer Stonos. "But we've only just started to explore the possibilities available in the music business. We feel like we're in a great position to talk about professional partnerships and we're willing to work our butts off to get where we want to go."For more information about Flatlined (including current North American tour dates and band merchandise), be sure to check out www.myspace.com/flatlinedband or www.flatlinedband.com.
