About Me

WilburWerkes Audio , aka, Will Puckett, is a professional in many musical fields and venues: from the Concert stage to the Rock Music Stage, the Theater stage to the Jazz lounge. A working musician for over 30 years, Will is also a Studio Engineer and a Sound Designer in the Electronic Music Industry supporting companies past and present such as BitHeadz, E-mu, Keyfax, Line 6, and Yamaha.

Will also contracted with Digidesign for three years where he worked on a team developing ProTools 7 and HD expansion hardware. In late 2006 Will relocated to the Kansas City Area from Santa Cruz, CA for the weather and a change of direction.

A composer as well as a pianist, Will Puckett has many original pieces and arrangements ranging from whimsical rags to more serious compositions as well as experimental pieces. Always an interesting player, Will combines a refined classical approach with a composers' improvisational sensibility providing a performance that is never dull.

Currently Will is the keyboards player for CherryBomb in Kansas City (the ultimate party band), plays piano for the Kansas City Ballet (school), and operates a ProTools HD based project studio in Parkville, MO.
