Nasco a Roma nel 1981. All’età di dieci anni mi trasferisco con la mia famiglia in un paese della provincia di Roma che affaccia sul mare.
Nel 1996 comincia il mio interessamento per il djing, che successivamente si tramuta in amore per il Rap e per lo stile di vita secondo la cultura Hip-Hop, che in quegli anni vantava in Italia di una scena ancora forte. Il 30 giugno 2001, parto alla volta di una città lontanissima, (circa 7000 km) dove rimarrò fino al 2003, con un breve ritorno durante il 2004.
Nel 2006 mi trasferisco a Milano dove partecipo alla realizzazione di un disco con il mio gruppo. A settembre 2007 si conclude la mia collaborazione con quel gruppo rap. Attualmente costruisco le fondamenta di un progetto che si svilupperà durante tutto il 2008 e vedrà la luce probabilmente intorno a settembre.

I was born in Rome in 1981. When I was 10 yr I relocated with my family to a town near Rome, located on the sea. In 1996 I started interesting the art of djing that shortly got into passion for Rap music and Hip-Hop lifestyle, which still got a strong scene in Italy that years. On June 30 2001 I departed from Rome to an african city, where i lived until 2003. In 2006 I relocated to Milan where, collaborating with my rap group, I realized my first album. On September 2007, I quit that group and start working at a solo-project, which will be realized during 2008 to be ready on September.

My name "Gharika la Damu", means "Blood Flooding" in swahili. For blood floodin' i mean the situation we're livin' world wide...
